About the Event

Embark on a hauntingly delightful evening. Guests will enjoy an upscale dining experience in the beautiful Ghost Lounge. The Hotel San Carlos was known to entertain the likes of Mae West, Marilyn Monroe, Clark Gable and many more! It is rumored many spirits still linger in this infamous spot. The hotel was established in the midst of the roaring 20s. This dinner is a nod to that glamorous era of flappers, bootleggers, and old Hollywood style. Come dress in your best suits, gowns, and transport yourself back 100 years in style. The dinner will include alcohol parings made by Dashing Spirits. Dinner will consist of 8 courses, prepared by Chef Brynda Felix. Jazz music will be playing, ghost stories will be told, and new memories at the hotel will be made. Join us to Dine with The Dead.

Guests will be greeted with Champagne. Dinner will have 2 cocktail pairings included provided by Dashing Spirits.

Second Course: Squid Ink Ravioli- Roasted Pepper Foam, 3 Cheese Chorizo Ravioli, Cilantro Oil, Bulls Blood Micro

Third Course: Pumpkin Foam Soup-Fried Sage, Freeze Dried Creme Fraise, Fresh Roasted Figs, Pomegranate Pearls, 24KT Gold Dusting

Fourth Course: Forbidden Salad- Baby Mixed Greens, Goat Cheese, Strawberry, Blackberry, 24kt Gold
