About the Event
Escape to Italy! In this class you will be working with Chef Claudia D'Amico. She hails from Rome, Italy and will be showcasing traditional flavors.
In this class you will be greeted with some wine (for those of age!) to begin your journey. You will be walked through making a fresh salad and then will get into making fresh gnocchi by hand! We will make a pomodoro sauce to make Gnocchi Sorrentina. While we cook the sauce we will make some traditional bruschetta to snack on.
