Mexican Cooking Class

Learn how to make traditional Mexican food in a historic part of Central Phoenix. You will not only learn the components of each dish but also the history and their orgins. 

Chef Alejandro will be your instructor leading you through this hands on culinary journey. You will get to interact with other participants and work as a group to bring this meal together.

Appetizers: Pomegranate Guacamole & Coconut Shrimp Ceviche

Main: Chicken Tinga Tacos with Spanish Rice and Beans 

Dessert: Mexican Style Churros 

Traditional Refreshments will be offered during the class such as water, horchata, & Mexican Coke
