*Please note:  To best serve you we suggest to book 2 weeks or more in advance. If you book an event less than 2 weeks away you may be charged a convenience fee and must have your invoice paid in full to secure your date.

  • What are your cancellation policies?
    Private Chef and Catering: - Any cancellation more than 30 days ahead is a 50% fee of total event - Any cancellation 30 days prior to the event, no refunds (only exception is COVID-19 lockdowns with provided documentation - Final Headcount is due 2 weeks prior to an event, if anybody from your party is unable to attend you must notify us 14 days or 2 weeks prior to your event in order to receive a refund on their behalf. Please note any drastic changes in headcount may increase the price per person. Public Class/Tours -Must cancel 72 hours prior, or no refund -If cancelled by The Phoenix Palate, you will be provided a full refund or full credit.
  • When do I need my final headcount?
    For catering: -Updated 60 days prior to event For private chef service -2 weeks prior to event
  • Do you have standard menus to review with pricing?
    We customize our menus, but we can send menus we have done for clients in the past. However, we would love to customize something that would assure your satisfaction! Our pricing is based on your selections and we can design a menu around your budget (within reason).
  • What is The Phoenix Palate doing to ensure safety during COVID-19?
    We are upholding the best and highest standards of cleanliness. Our staff is going throught frequent screenings (temperature checks, tests if any symptoms arise). We also wear masks and gloves throughout all of our events.
